MOTION FOR EXTENSION TO PAY
RENT INTO SUPERSEDEAS
AND NOW, comes the tenant/defendant, _________________________________, and
respectfully requests that this Honorable Court grant this Motion for Extension to Pay Rent into
Supersedeas (escrow), and in support thereof, tenant/defendant states as follows:
1. I am the tenant in a matter filed at the above-referenced case number.

understand that I must pay the amount of my rent as set forth on the Notice of Rental
Payments that I received previously.
