Sample Form Introduction
This is a sample form that we will be using to introduce the basic functionality of Adobe's
LiveCycle Designer and how to integrate accessibility into the form itself. This form will
include basic form input fields including text fields, check boxes, radio buttons, and list
boxes. We will also review how to identify headings for improved navigation and control
the reading order of the form using the Tab Order feature.
