THE COURT hereby orders the Court Psychology Office to complete a psychological evaluation within 90
days. An updated psychological evaluation may be performed if the psychologist deems it necessary.
THE COURT ORDERS THE PARTIES TO CALL THE COURT PSYCHOLOGY OFFICE AT (561) 355-
2108
WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THIS ORDER TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AND
TO COOPERATE WITH THE PSYCHOLOGY OFFICE TO ACCOMPLISH THE EVALUATION. This case
will not be continued because the Court has not received a report prior to trial.
Psychological evaluations will be conducted for :

The parties have filed financial affidavits, and the Court determines for purposes of this order only:

The amount due for a completed psychological evaluation,
$750 for each person being evaluated, shall
be paid to Court Psychology Office within thirty (30) days from the date of this order as follows:

1,500 paid equally by the parties (½ of total bill to be paid by each side).
_____ $750 paid by the Petitioner/waived as to Respondent.
_____ $750 paid by the Respondent/waived as to Petitioner.
_____ waived as to both parties because they are indigent.
Payment shall be made by
cashier’s check, money order, or other certified funds, made payable to the
Board of County Commissioners of Palm Beach County and delivered by hand or mail to the
Court Psychology Office at the address below. If payment is not received within ten (10) days, the
Court Psychology Office will notify the court. If the parties settle their dispute prior to the completion
of the psychological evaluation, they must immediately notify the Court Psychology Office in writing.
If the evaluation process has started, there will be no refund. Services rendered after the completion
of the psychological evaluation (depositions/testimony/etc) will be charged at the rate of $50.00 per
hour.
