Training & Education Partnership (TEP): This is a pay-as-you-go program with a maximum cost for training of $900 per calendar year
for a TEP participating member. This amount does not include Entry Level Programs, Vehicle Rescue or Structure Burn classes. Make
training request by completing the PA State Fire Academy Local Level Course Application and sending it to psi@ccac.edu or faxing it
to 412.237.4628 and completing the MOA (memorandum of agreement) process.
Program Fees for TEP Members: Course fees will be charged according to the attached Fire & Rescue Course Fee Catalog for the then
active calendar year. TEP member agencies will incur a maximum cost of $900 training annually. Excludes EL14 Entry Level Programs,
Vehicle Rescue Awareness and Operations and Structure Burn classes. TEP memberships are valid from January 1 through December
31 of the same calendar year. Memberships are renewable during any given calendar year thereafter by completing at least one
training course during the applicable year. Most courses can be offered with as little as a 10-student minimum and some courses also
have materials fees. Check when making your request(s).
Custom Courses: For customized courses (contract training) not shown in the Fire & Rescue Course Fee Catalog, CCAC PSI will
review the course and coordinate with the TEP member to negotiate and establish the fee on a per course basis.
Manuals/Books: Handouts will be provided for the course if needed. Should courses require or recommend manuals/books or a
published text, it will be the responsibility of either the student or the sponsoring agency to acquire/purchase these. Some programs
will provide manuals.

Some programs do have pre-requisites and age limits. Some programs do offer PA Department of Health continuing education credits
for successful completion.
All Requests must be submitted at least 4-6 weeks before program start date.
