EmergencyAfterHoursReconnection:UnderEXTREMEorEMERGENCYcircumstances,aTown
employeewillreconnectwaterservice,afterhours,foranADDITIONAL$100overtimecallout
fee.Thisamountwillbeinadditiontothebalanceofyourcurrentnoticeandfeesassociated
withyourdisconnectnotice.AllfeesmustbepaidINFULLinthedropboxat221SNurseryAve
by8:00a.m.thenextmorning,otherwisewaterservicewillbedisconnectedagainand
additional
feeswillapply.
ReturnedPayment:
A$50.00returneditemfeewillbeappliedtopaymentsreturnedbyyourFinancialInstitution.
Returneditemsinclude:check,ACH,officialpaymente‐checkandcreditcardpayments.
Notificationofthereturnedpaymentissentviacertifiedmail.Customershave5businessdaysto
satisfypaymentinfullincludingthe$50.00returneditemfee.TheTownwillonlyacceptcashor
certifiedfundsasrepaymentforareturneditem.Failuretopayinfullwillresultindisconnection
ofwaterservicewithoutfurthernoticeandadditionalreconnectioncharges.
AsprescribedintheTown’sFinancePolicy,ifpaymentisreturnedforanyTownservicesbyan
individualorbusinessforinsufficientfundsmorethantwotimesinatwelvemonthperiod,the
Townwillrequireallfuturepaymentsbythatindividualorbusinessbemadeintheformofcash,
certifiedcheckormoneyorder.

higherratesforhigherusageandsewerchargesarebasedonwaterconsumption.
