West Virginia Code §31B-2-209. Liability for false
Statement in filed record.
If a record authorized or required to be filed under this chapter contains a false
Statement, one who suffers loss by reliance on the Statement may recover damages for the loss from a person who
signed the record or caused another to sign it on the person's behalf and knew the Statement to be false at the time
the record was signed.
Submit completed form & annual fee of $500 no later than July 1.
Make checks payable to the WV Secretary of State and mail to the address on the top of the form.

§47B-10-1(e)
A partnership registered under this section shall pay, in each year following the year
in which its registration is filed, on a date specified by the Secretary of State, an annual fee of five hundred
dollars. The fee must be accompanied by notice, on a form provided by the Secretary of State, of any material
changes in the information contained in the partnership’s registration.
