Directions to Complete Form:
1. Verify that you are eligible for Voluntary Transfer. (See Voluntary Transfer Bulletin).
2. Apply for the 2020-2021 position via PeopleSoft. 2019-2020 positions are for the current school year ending in
June 2020.
3. Complete PBSD 1623 and send to the principal or director who advertised the position within two (2) business
days of submitting the online application. The form may be sent by fax, email, or may be attached along with
your resume to the on-line application on PeopleSoft. It is recommended that you keep a copy for your
records.
