The Graphic Design program offers one degree (two tracks) and one certificate.
Tracks: (1) Graphic Design AAS, (2) Illustration AAS. Certificate: Graphic Design with
Digital tools
Appropriate courses may be used toward development of marketable skills, for
vocational interests, or for possible transfer. A student interested in any of the AAS or
certificate curricula should consult an academic adviser in the Department of Media
Arts & Technologies.
This certificate curriculum prepares the student for immediate employment in graphic
design using the computer in today’s digital art and design studio. Courses are
designed to provide introductory to advanced training in the skills necessary to succeed
as a professional in this industry.
This certificate is a career program and may not readily transfer to four year colleges/universities (except in special cases.)
