What is this form for?
Use this ‘Notice of Appeal’ form to lodge an appeal against a New Zealand Customs Service decision.
This ‘Notice of Appeal’ will tell the New Zealand Customs Service and the Appeal Authority the
grounds for your appeal.
In accordance with Schedule 8, clause 11
of the Customs and Excise Act 2018, a filing fee of $410
must accompany this ‘Notice of Appeal’.
