Secretary

Planning
Commission

equal

the

minimum
zoning
districts
setback
requirements.
3)
In
zoning
districts
other
than
industrial
or
heavy
commercial
zoning
districts,
towers
over
ninety

feet
in
height
shall
not
be
located
within
one-quarter
of
a
mile
from
any
existing
tower
that
is
over
ninety
(90)
feet
in
height.

The
public
hearing
shall
be
held
by
the
Planning
&
Zoning
Commission.

The
Greene
County
Planning
Commission
will
make
a
recommendation
to
the
Governing
Authority
within
thirty
five
(35)
days
of
the
public
hearing
or
the
request
shall
be
deemed
to
have
been
recommended
for
approval.
Such
recommendations
