must
be
setback
a
distance
equal
to
the
height
of
the
tower
from
any
property
lines
of
the
property
on
which
the
tower
is
located
and
from
all
public
roads.
2)
Towers,
guys
and
accessory
facilities
must
satisfy
the
minimum
zoning
districts
setback
requirements.
3)
In
zoning
districts
other
than
industrial
or
heavy
commercial
zoning
districts,
towers
over
ninety
(90)
feet
in
height
shall
not
be
located
within
one-quarter
of
a
mile
from
any
existing
tower
that
is
over
ninety
(90)
feet
in
height.
5.
Indicate
drives
and
parking

Provide
security
fencing.
Towers
shall
be
enclosed
by
security
fencing
not
less
than
six
(6)
feet
in
height
and
shall
also
be
equipped
with
an
appropriate
anti-climbing
device;
provided,
however,
that
the
Governing

The
public
hearing
shall
be
held
by
the
Planning
&
Zoning
Commission.
12.
The
Greene
County
Planning
Commission
will
make
a
recommendation
to
the
Governing
Authority
within
thirty
five
(35)
days
of
the
public
hearing
or
the
request
shall
be
deemed
to
have
been
recommended
for
approval.
Such
recommendations
shall
consist
of
approval,
approval
with
conditions,
and
withdrawal
without
prejudice
or
denial.
