An initial permit is valid until December 31
st
of next year, 202__. A renewal permit is valid for one calendar year
and must be renewed prior to December 31
st
. The renewal application must be delivered to the City by November
1
st
to ensure the application is reviewed by the City Council prior to expiration. A flat fee of $35.00 is due at the
time of issuing the permit. The applicant will be responsible for keeping a copy of the permit on site.

I have reviewed Jordan City Code sections 92.30-92.35 and agree to comply with the City of Jordan City
Code regarding keeping of honey bees.
I will maintain a sanitary and healthy environment for the bees that I keep.
My bee keeping equipment is placed on my property at least 25 feet away from my side and rear
property lines and outside of any easements.
I agree to not sell any honey on my property without first obtaining a Home Occupation Permit from
the City of Jordan.
I have informed the property owners/tenants of the properties directly adjacent to my property of my
bee keeping operations.
