Court finds that all of the allegations of said Petition are true; at least one of the Petitioners is a
resident of Clark County; the adoptive parent(s) is/are older than the adoptee; and it further
appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the adoption will serve the best interests of the
parties and is in the public interest; and it further appearing to the Court that there has been a
full compliance with N.R.S. 127.190 to 127.210, inclusive.
IT IS THERFORE ORDERED that the Petitioners, (first adoptive parent’s name)
