JUNCTION CITY ONLY: Any fence constructed within any dedicated utility easement is permitted
exclusively at the owner’s risk. In the event it is necessary for the City of Junction City, or any
other person, firm or corporation lawfully using said easement for any purpose for which the same
was dedicated to the public use, to remove the permitted fence, none of said entities shall be liable
to the owner for any damages resulting from the removal of said fence from such easement.
CITY OF MILFORD ONLY: No fence shall be constructed within any dedicated utility easement. In
the event that a fence has been erected in the utility easement, the owner will have 10 days to
remove the fence from the utility easement or the City will have the fence removed at the owner’s
expense.
