Track II awardees are required to submit a proposal to an outside agency within a year of
completion of the project or to apply for a Track III award. Track III awardees will be
required to submit a proposal to an outside agency within a year of completion of the project.
Faculty will not be eligible for a second Track II or Track III award if the above requirements
are not met. List all proposals submitted for funding to external sources that were based on
work previously supported by a Track II or Track III award. Include title of proposal,
agency, and funding status.
