FLAG RECOGNITION PROGRAM
The Township Board of supervisors has established
Northampton Patriots flag recognition program for
all
service members of military service who are or were residents of the Township when entering' military service
and have deployed, or are scheduled to deploy, to a combat area as part of the Global War on Terror since
September 11, 2001. A combat area is defined as any location determined by the Dept. of Defense where the
deployed service member is eligible for combat pay. See list below.
