An Application for FINAL PRD Shall Include the Following:
15 copies of the final development plan of the proposed development to the Community Development
Department for review. The final development plan shall comply with the conditions imposed on the
preliminary development plan. In addition, if the development is being subdivided, the data required of the
regular plans as required by the subdivision ordinance must be submitted. The final development plan shall
include the following:
1. Final elevation and perspective drawings of project structures,
2. Final landscaping plans;
3. Final plans of, including profiles, of the drainage, water, sewer, lighting, streets, and sidewalks or
pathways;
4. Other documentation not lending itself to graphic presentation such as restrictive covenants,
incorporation papers and bylaws of the Homeowners’ Associations, dedications of easements, rights-
of-way, and other conditions specifically required by the Hearings Examiner for the particular PRD.
15 copies of the summary explanation is required of all Hearings Examiner’s conditions stating how the
developer has met the requirements.
