Step 2 includes the submission of the syllabus and name/qualifications of the instructor for the course. This information must be
presented and approved at a regularly scheduled MSEd Council meeting a minimum of one semester before
proposed teaching
date. This allows sufficient time for the School of Education and Psychology to review both the instructor and the course before it is
placed on the schedule.
