FALL 2021 HOUSING SELECTION
THE PROXY PROCESS
This form will be used by two groups of students:
(1) Students who wish to live together in a room, suite or apartment but not everyone in the
group can attend the time slot for selection. The Proxy, someone who is identified by the
group, is responsible for PRINTING this form and bringing it with them during the selection
process. This form will be used to prove that all parties involved agree on a specified location.
(2) Students who are currently living off-campus and need to return to on-campus housing, are
not part of a room, suite or apartment group, and cannot make the in-person selection
process. For students in this situation, Lacey Gosnell, the Assistant Director for Residence Life,
will be acting as your proxy. You are responsible for EMAILING this form back to
gosnell@alfred.edu to secure housing.

information provided below will be used by Lacey to contact you in the off chance your first three
housing preferences are not available.
