1. For every 6 students at the winter concert, 4 were boys. If there were a

this week. For every cup of orange juice Max drank, Marcellus drank 2
cups. If Marcellus drank 12 cups of orange juice, how many cups did
Max drink?
3. A six ounce can of soda contains 24 grams of sugar. How many grams
of sugar are contained in 18 ounces of soda?
4. In a nut mix there are 3 cashews to every 7 peanuts. If Mike grabbed a
handful of this mix with 28 peanuts, how many cashews did he get?

8. Andrew and Kai are training for a triathlon. For every lap Andrew
swims, Kai swims 2 laps. If Kai swims 14 laps, how many laps does
Andrew swim?
