Envoy Application Spring 2020
Being a member of the University Honors Envoy Program at ISU means you are an enthusiastic
and dedicated representative of Idaho State University and the UHP.
As an Envoy member you are entitled you to receive a stipend of $300.00 (paid over the
semester), and a $300.00 textbook award.
Please print off the application and return by Friday, November 29, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. Please
submit this application electronically to romijami@isu.edu or bring a hard copy to the Student
Success Center, Rendezvous 323.

Responsibilities
Make phone calls to current high achieving high school students and current UHP students
Assist with event planning (Opportuni-Tea, Honors Recognition, Recruiting Events, etc.)
Attend the Opportuni-Tea fundraiser on Saturday, March 7, 2020
Newsletter planning and submission of articles, columns, etc.
Meet with potential ISU students
Update UHP database and other computer based tracking
Communicate through email correspondence, written correspondence, mailings, etc.
Attend and present at BAHM meeting
Fulfill one Envoy leadership role
Submit and complete an action plan for the semester
Attend a minimum of four (4) scheduled Envoy meetings throughout the semester
Work a total of 37 hours over the course of the semester
