Pursuant to s. 61(1)(b)(vii) of the Strata Property Act (the “Act”),
I/WE _____________________________________________________________ the OWNER(s) of
Unit ________ in The Owners, Strata Plan ___________ (the “Strata Corporation”) hereby provide the
following email address to the strata corporation for the purpose of receiving any notice or other record
or document that the Strata Corporation is required or permitted to give to ME/US under the Act, the
bylaws or the rules:

The Strata Corporation may continue to use this email address for the purposes of s. 61 of the Act until:
1. We revoke this direction by written notice delivered to the Strata Corporation in
accordance with s. 63 of the Act; or
2. We provide a new email address to the Strata Corporation for the purpose of receiving
any notice or other record or document that the Strata Corporation is required or
permitted to give to ME/US under the Act.
I/WE agree that any notice or other record or document that the Strata Corporation delivers to ME/US
by email is “deemed to be delivered” 4 days after it is emailed.
I/WE further understand that email transmission cannot be guaranteed to be secure or error-free, and
that information sent by email can be intercepted, corrupted, lost, destroyed, arrive late or incomplete,
or contain viruses. I/WE therefore release the Strata Corporation, its agents, officers and employees
from any liability for any claims, losses, or damages which arise as a result of email transmission.
