The England and Wales Cricket Board Limited (ECB) is the national governing body for cricket and is also the
Local Organising Committee for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 (CWC2019), the operator of the New
Tournament, runs We Are England Cricket Supporters and operates numerous programmes to support
recreational cricket.
Under new laws eective from 25 May 2018, we are required to provide you with certain details concerning
how your personal data will be used and protected.

Your right to withdraw consent
Where you have (or for those under 13, your parent or
guardian has) given consent, you/they have the right to
withdraw that consent at any time. If you or they do, it will
not aect the lawfulness of any processing for which we had
consent prior to you withdrawing it.
Location of your personal data We will keep your personal data within the European
Economic Area.

The legal basis for the collection and processing of your
personal data is:

to fulfil the contract that you are going to enter into or have
entered into with us or our merchandise provider

answering the question

interests which are to build a programme to encourage
participation in cricket and does not prejudice or harm rights
and freedoms of participants or parents / guardians of
children that join the programme.
How long we will keep your
personal data for
We will normally keep your personal data for 2 years after
your last engagement with us. After this time period we will
anonymise your information and keep for analysis of
engagement trends.
Your rights in respect of your
personal data
You have the right of access to your personal data and, in
some cases, to require us to restrict, erase or rectify it or to
object to our processing it, and the right of data portability.

Instruction to your Bank or
Building Society to pay by Direct Debit
Banks and building societies may not accept Direct Debit Instructions for some types of account.
This Guarantee should be detached and retained by the payer.
The Direct Debit Guarantee
This Guarantee is oered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.
If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit England and Wales Cricket Board Ltd will notify you 28 working days in
advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request England and Wales Cricket Board Ltd to collect a payment,
conrmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by England and Wales Cricket Board Ltd or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a
full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.
If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when England and Wales Cricket Board Ltd asks you to.
You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.
