1. Resident of Laramie County
2. 2.0 GPA (submit current transcript — high school or college)
3. Attend LCCC
4. Complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), available
from the Scholarship and Financial Aid Office or high school counselor
5. Preference will be given to individuals who demonstrate involvement at the
high school or community level in helping others (see instructions below)

candidate for consideration for the Donna Torvik Memorial Scholarship at LCCC. It is very

situation or need and your plans for the future volunteer or community service work.
