Paying by Direct Debit means that you spread the cost of
your water bill over the whole year. It is backed by the Direct
Debit guarantee and is the most convenient way to pay bills -
no cheques to write, no cash to carry, no queueing. And best
of all, when you pay by Direct Debit, we’ll knock £5 off your
annual water bill every year.
How it works:
Charges are based on how much water you have used in the past or, if your
meter has just been fitted, the average household water usage for the number
of people living in your property.
You set your preferred payment date.
We will reassess your charges every year to reflect any changes in your water
usage. Occasionally we may reassess your charges during the year but we will
always tell you in advance.
We will send you a statement every time a meter reading or estimate is
obtained, showing the balance of your account.
