The City of Aubrey authorizes _____________________________________________________
to demolish or otherwise remove the existing structure as pictured. The structure will be moved
at the owner’s sole cost and expense. It is the owner’s responsibility to completely clear and
remove therefrom all materials, fixtures, garbage, refuge and debris. The owner’s must take all
responsibility for any accidents or incidents that may occur, and all liabilities for damages,
claims, of any nature arising out of or connected to the removal of said structure. The work of
demolishing any building shall not commence until the required pedestrian protection structures
are in place. The Code Enforcement Officer may require the requestor to submit plans and a
complete schedule for demolition. Where such are required, no work shall be done until such
plans or schedule, or both, are approved by the Mayor and Code Enforcement Officer. PLEASE
NOTE: All State guidelines for permitting and reporting of asbestos must be followed.

Demolition must be completed within sixty (60) days from date of issuance.
