COMMUNICATION MEDIA GRADUATE
Since graduating from Aims with a degree
in video production, Lance Ing has
become a nationally recognized, award-
winning television photojournalist/
editor/producer who has earned more
than 100 local, regional, and national
awards, including 16 Emmys. Ing started
his career in corporate video production
but was bitten by the news ‘bug’ in 1991.
Since then, he has worked from coast to
coast.
Most recently, Ing was honored by the
White House Press Association, winning
Video Editor of the Year for his rst-place
nishes in the categories of General
News, Day Feature, Editing Short Form,
Political/Campaign, and Audio. For his
accomplishments, Ing was honored
at the annual Eyes of History™ gala
on May 10, 2014, at the Ritz-Carlton in
Washington, D.C. Nearly 1,000 guests,
including government dignitaries and
industry celebrities, attended.
