ON SIDE WHERE ACCESS IS PROVIDED OR ABUTS HOUSE AND SHALL NOT BE VISIBLE FROM
STREET.
POOL/SPA EQUIPMENT SHALL NOT BE VISIBLE FROM STREET.
A FOOT SETBACK IS REQUIRED FOR ALL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT.
