DENTON COUNTY BAIL BOND BOARD
COMPLAINT FORM
FOR VIOLATIONS OF TEX. OCC. CODE ANN. § 1704 (Vernon Supp. 2004)
For this complaint to be considered by the Denton County Bail Bond Board, the
complaint must be in writing, signed, and sworn by the person making the complaint.
Tex. Occ. Code Ann. § 1704.251 (b) (Vernon Supp.2004). A copy of the signed and
sworn complaint will be submitted to the Standing Complaint Committee and the
Committee will report the complaint to the Board. You will be notified of the
Committee’s action and notified of a hearing before the full Board, if any. A copy of this
complaint will be provided to the Bondsman pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Ann. §
1704.529(a)(3) (Vernon Supp. 2004).
