DECREE OF PARTIAL DISTRIBUTION
___________________________________________________________ has submitted an interim account and Motion for
Decree of Partial Distribution. Based on the filings of record, it appears that there will be sufficient assets
after the proposed distribution to pay all remaining obligations of the estate including debts and funeral
charges of the decedent, taxes and expenses of administration.
THEREFORE, the Court DECREES the following property subject to any listed liens, mortgages, and/or other
encumbrances:

The Fiduciary is ordered to pay over and deliver the property according to this decree.
In the event the assets remaining in the hands of the fiduciary thereafter are insufficient to satisfy the
ultimate expenses and charges against the estate, those persons receiving these distributions shall be
liable to repay the fiduciary as provided in 14 V.S.A. §1743.
