A Party proposing RELOCATION of a child must notify every other individual who has custody
rights to the child. No relocation may take place unless there is consent by everyone or is Court approved.
Notice shall be pursuant to 23 Pa. C.S. 5337. A Party entitled to receive Notice may file an objection with
the Court and have a hearing before a Judge. Please refer to 23 Pa. C.S. 5337 for procedures related to
Relocation of Child.
