Custer County Farm Bureau Scholarship Application
Application for graduating high school students
Custer County is offering scholarships available to graduating high school seniors who
(1) live in or attend school in Custer County, Nebraska, (2) are enrolled in an
agriculture or related field, and (3) are members of Custer County Farm Bureau.

Please include the following items for consideration:
1. Personal statement/narrative in 500 words or less, which must be anonymous.
Include: Your goals, interests, career choices, and why you should be considered for
this scholarship.
2. Resume
3. Two letters of recommendation addressing your potential for success:
a. One must be from a teacher, counselor or principal;
b. Another from a non-family member
4. Most recent transcript
5. Copy of ACT/SAT scores
In the event I am chosen to receive a scholarship, Custer County Farm Bureau/Nebraska
Farm Bureau Foundation has the authorization to use my name and photo for publicity.
