I hereby agree to the conditions of Articles 78, 79 and 80 of Council Regulation 1186/2009 and
Articles 55, 56 and 57 of Council Directive 2009/132/EC as follows:
The goods should be intended for one of the following uses:
distribution free of charge to the persons affected by or at risk from or involved in combating the
COVID-19 outbreak by the bodies and organisations referred to above;
making them available to the persons affected by or at risk from or involved in combating the
COVID-19 outbreak free of charge while the goods remain the property of the bodies and
organisations referred to above
Goodscanonlybetransferred,lentorhiredouttootherqualifyingorganisationswithpriorapproval
from Revenue. In other cases, loan, hiring out or transfer will be subject to payment of import duties.
Ifgoodsremaininthepossessionoforganisationswhichceasetofulltheconditionsgiving
entitlement to relief, the goods shall be subject to the payment of import duties.
SufcientrecordingkeepingmustbeinplacetoallowRevenueestablishthatallconditionsoftherelief
are met.
If the goods are used by the organisation beneting from the relief for purposes other than those
approved, the goods shall be liable to the relevant import duties.
