open and ethical in our practices.
ACCAs Data protection notice provides information on how personal data will be used.
For individuals under the age of 16 to join ACCA (or under the age of 18 in Kenya) we require a parent, guardian
or individual with parental responsibility to complete this form providing consent for ACCA to collect and use the
applicant’s personal data.
