Student has five business days after receipt of this Charging Document to dispute the Charge and request a hearing. To dispute the
Charge, Student must file an appeal with the Office of the Dean of the College in which the course if offered, using a Request for
Hearing form and follow the procedures found in TTU Policy 217 (Student Academic Misconduct) Section VI.D.
