Please note: Parking Permits may ONLY be issued to vehicles which are registered to the resident of a property subject to a posted parking
restriction. Permits are only valid in the area for which they were issued.
1. Complete the vehicle information below for all requested parking permits.
2. Sign below and submit the application with copies of valid registration for each vehicle listed clearly showing the vehicle license number.
3. Upon approval, parking permits will be mailed to the address listed above.
4. PERMIT MUST BE ATTACHED TO LEFT REAR BUMPER, OR LEFT REAR WINDOW ONLY.

registered owner of all vehicles listed herein, for which Parking Permits for Fiscal Year(s) 2015/2016, and 2016/2017 are being requested. Please
note a parking permit DOES NOT exempt a vehicle from any other parking restrictions (i.e. street sweeping, unattached trailers, etc.)
