Weight/height are required for students participating in the spring commencement. Regular Commencement
is held one time per year in the spring semester. The spring 2021commencement will be set in the near future.
Additional information on commencement can be located on our website at www.cisco.edu under Enrollment
Services. Students who apply for AND attend spring commencement are exempt from spring finals. A grade of
F will be issued in replace of the final for any student who does not attend commencement.
Requests for special accomodations for commencement students must be made 2 weeks prior to commencement.
Please contact the Director of Enrollment Services at 254-442-5134 for accomodation requests.
Graduation fees must be received and balances cleared before diplomas are mailed.

Graduates who have student loans - if you will not be attending Cisco College next semester you must
complete a mandatory exit interview. If you have any questions about the exit interview please contact the
Financial Aid office on either campus at 254-442-5153 or 325-794-4400. The interview can be
