– A student may need to meet prerequisite requirements for subsequent courses in their program of study

– Transfer plans as well as Inter-SUNY transfers could be impacted in some cases. Students may need GPA-
impacting course grades in order to be competitive for Admissions
– Programmatic accreditors such as those in the Health Professions may have requirements regarding the
maximum percentage of courses that may be graded as Pass and/or the particular kinds of courses that may
be graded as Pass. Licensure/certification-qualifying programs may be impacted
