COMMERCIAL SYSTEM RELIEF PROGRAM
Application Form
Central Hudson (the “Company”) administers a COMMERCIAL SYSTEM RELIEF PROGRAM
(“Program”) which is being offered
by the Company in response to the Commission’s order in Case 14-
E-0423. This Program will enable
eligible customers to reduce their load when called upon by the
Company to do so during the capability period of May 1 through September 30. Customers
participating in this Program must have an interval based meter or coordinate the installation of an
interval based meter through the Company.
To participate in the reservation payment option, customers must be enrolled before May 1. However, if the
application is received by May 1 and the Company does not bill the participant monthly using interval
metering at the time of application, participation will commence on July 1. The Company will accept
applications for participation in the Voluntary Participation Option of this CSRP at any time during the
capability period. Metering and communications requirements specified in section C of the tariff must
be satisfied to enroll in either option.
Customers must be served under the following Service
Classifications: Full Service or Retail Access
Customer taking service under Service Classification Nos. 2, 3 and 13, including customers taking
Standby Service under Service Classification No. 14 whose parent service classification is Service
Classification No. 2, 3 or 13; and to any Aggregator that meets the requirements of the COMMERCIAL
SYSTEM RELIEF PROGRAM.
Customers in a location which is eligible for Central Hudson’s Targeted Demand Response (TDR)
Program are not eligible to participate in the CSRP program. Customers eligible for the TDR program
who enroll in the CSRP program will be notified at the time of enrollment and directed to the TDR
enrollment process.
Customers must submit this application as evidence of their intent to provide load reduction in
accordance with General Information Section 44 – COMMERCIAL SYSTEM RELIEF PROGRAM
of the Company’s Electric
Tariff. Customers wishing to participate in this program must complete
this form and return it to
CH.DLM@cenhud.com.
Participation in the Central Hudson COMMERCIAL SYSTEM RELIEF PROGRAM is voluntary. By
signing
this form you agree you are the account holder of record or have authority to represent
the account holder of record and agree to all the terms of this Program. Customers will be
notified in writing by the
Company of Program acceptance. Customers may terminate their
enrollment in this Program
by notifying the Company thirty days before the next month of the
capability period.
