CSU GE certification should be completed by the LAST California Community College you have attended
prior to transferring, even if you completed most of your units at SBCC.

a Certificate of Achievement from SBCC. If you do not want

attach OFFICIAL, UNOPENED transcripts to this application.
Failure to follow these instructions will result in a delayed
or incomplete certification. NOTE: An SBCC transcript is
