COVENANT AND AGREEMENT
MAINTENANCE OF VEHICLE PARKING LIFT

The undersigned hereby certify that (I am) (we are) the owner(s) of real property located in the City of Long Beach, State

This property is located and known as the following ADDRESS: _____________________________________________
And, in consideration by the City of Long Beach for allowing: the vehicle parking lift system to be located within a
residential building in accordance with the building permit as required parking space(s) on said property, we do hereby
covenant and agree to and with said City to: maintain the layout and location of the vehicle lift(s) and indicated parking
space(s) on the building permit. The vehicle lift(s) shall be maintained in good and operable conditions at all times.
Owner(s) of the property where the vehicle lift(s) is(are) installed shall be responsible to have complete training on the
safety operation of such lift(s) and ensure that any user of the lift(s) is fully trained. The manufacturer’s installation
instruction and operation manual for the vehicle lift(s) shall be kept in a safe and accessible location on the premises or
placed inside the control panel(s) for the lift(s).
The following technical document(s) consisting of: (A) manufacturer’s installation instruction and operation manual, (B)
floor plan for layout and location of vehicle lift(s), and (C) code modification conditions of approval shall be recorded with
this document.
This covenant and agreement shall run with all of the above described land and shall be binding upon ourselves, and
future owners, encumbrances, their successors, heirs or assignees and shall continue in effect until released by the
authority of the Building Official of the City of Long Beach upon submittal of request, applicable fees and evidence that
this covenant
