Permission to Hunt on Lake County Watershed Protection District
(Highland Springs Recreation Area)
To Whom It May Concern:
Permission is hereby granted for the person named below to hunt on property belonging to the Lake
County Watershed Protection District (Highland Springs Recreation Area) for a period of one year from
the above date.
Please be advised that target shooting is not allowed in the recreation area and the discharge of firearms
and hunting are prohibited in the area outlined on the attached map.
This letter must be in the possession of the person named below to be valid, as required by Section 602
of the California Penal Code.
The person named below agrees to have a valid hunting license and to follow all hunting and shooting
laws of the State of California and the County of Lake and to the hold harmless agreement attached.
