information. Failure to give all the required information will result in MVD’s inability to update your record.

Change of Address for Voter Registration
The Motor Vehicle Division is required by rule (1.10.8.18 NMAC) to report any change of address to the
New Mexico Secretary of State as a change of address for voter registration purposes, unless the
individual states on the application that the change of address is
not for voter registration purposes, as
may be indicated by checking the box below:
F This change of address is
not a change of address for voter registration purposes; and I do not want it
to be forwarded to the Secretary of State.
