CERTIFICATION OF FACULTY ENGLISH PROFICIENCY
Louisiana Board of Regents Academic Affairs Policy 2.20: Prior to employment of new instructional faculty
(all full-time and part-time instructional personnel including graduate assistants but excepting visiting
faculty, who teach undergraduate-level courses), each affected system/institution shall assess and certify
faculty English proficiency. (Effective July 2007)
