from the Sussex County Assessment Division, do hereby certify as follows:
1. That I am aware of the requirement for architectural accessibility in
certain facilities, as set forth in the Code of Sussex County, Chapter 45;
and
2. That I certify that the facility, for which the building permit has been
obtained, will be designed and constructed in accordance with these
standards and provisions of the Sussex County Code, Chapter 45.
