INVENTORYAND APPRAISEMENT
ON THIS DAY it came to the Court’s attention that the Inventory and Appraisement filed
on (“Executor”), in the Estate of ,
Deceased (“Decedent”) contains sensitive data.
The Court, having heard the evidence, reviewed the electronically-filed I&A (“Non-redacted
I&A Copy”) filed on _______________, hereby enters this order consistent with Texas Rules
of Civil Procedure 21c:
IT IS ORDERED, therefore, that the Executor shall do the following:
The Executor will electronically file a redacted copy of the Inventory and Appraisement (a
"Redacted I&A Copy"), which in accordance with Texas Rules of Civil Procedure 21c, the sensitive
data reported and appearing on the Inventory and Appraisement will be redacted with “X’’s.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Denton County Clerk shall do the following:
1. Remove and delete all non-redacted images of the electronically-filed Non-redacted I&A
filed on ________________ from the clerks’ records.
2. Replace the deleted images with the filed Redacted I&A. The Redacted I&A is considered
to be filed on the date the Non-redacted I&A was filed, __________________.
