INSTRUCTIONS: A limited amount of space is available for this program. Apply now to reserve
your spot!
1. Fill-out the Personal Information Sheet
2. Compose a Personal Statement
3. Attach a copy of your unofficial or official college transcripts
4. Ask an instructor to compose and submit an Academic Recommendation
Instructors may email the recommendation letter to apmurray@pasadena.edu
5. Submit your completed application to the English Division Office, room C-245.
Applications submitted in September & October will receive priority.

After your application is submitted we will contact you to schedule a short interview. Make
sure to check your voicemail and inbox frequently as they will serve as primary forms of
communication. Once you are accepted into the program, you will be instructed to create an
online account with our partners, American Institute for Foreign Study (AIFS), and to
immediately pay a $450 enrollment deposit to reserve your spot.
