Introduction
Bradwell with Pattiswick Parish Council are in the process of producing a neighbourhood plan.
The plan has been submitted to Braintree District Council for a consultation known as a
Regulation (Reg)16 Consultation. Four other documents are also included in this consultation.
Following the Reg 16 consultation the plan will go before an independent examiner who will
make a decision as to whether or not the plan can go to a referendum. Once adopted the Plan
will become part of the Development Plan for Bradwell with Pattiswick Parish and will have to
be taken into consideration during the determination of planning applications.
The documents can be viewed via the councils website and hard copies are available at
Braintree District Council Offices, Bradwell Village Hall and Braintree Library.
Responses are encouraged via the council’s online consultation system available on the
website, see www.braintree.gov.uk/consultlp However, this form can be returned electronically
to neighbourhoodplans@braintree.gov.uk or in hard copy if necessary by 17th December to:
