Coverageiseffectiveonyourdateofhireregardlessofwhenyoumakeelectionsduringyournewhireenrollmentperiod.
Employeeshiredonthe1stthroughthe15thofthemonthpaypremiumfortheentiremonth.
Employeeshiredonthe16ththroughtheendofthemonthpaypremiumbeginningintheirnextmonthofemploym
ent.
Premiumiscollectedbasedonthepaydatescorrespondingtothemonthofcoverage.
PremiumcollectionforbenefitsisdonethroughcontinuingpayrolldeductionsbasedonthepublishedPayrollcalendar,
dependingonyourhiredateandwhenyoumakeyourelectionsretroactivepremiumcollectionmayberequired.
