BEACH PARKING PERMIT REGULATIONS
Resident Permits may be issued with the following documents and guidelines
1. Vehicle Registration (any state) to prove ownership of vehicle.
2. Utility Bill or Voter Registration showing a Dania Beach address in the same name as the
vehicle owner shown on the registration.
3. Proof of Identification (such as Driver’s License, State ID, Passport, Etc.…)
4. Applicant must be present to purchase permit
Affix Permits
Permits must be affixed on the exterior lower left corner of the rear window. Permits for
convertibles only must be placed left of the license plate on the bumper.
Permits are not transferrable
Permits are issued to the vehicle and are not transferable to any other vehicle. Permits on any
vehicle, other than that for which the permit was originally sold, will be confiscated.
Sales of Permitted Vehicle
If you sell your car, you will be issued a new permit at no charge, provided that the City receives
the followings:
(1) Bring in the old permit,
(2) Complete a new application, and
(3) Meet all eligibility requirements (such as proof of sale)
Beach Parking Permit Fees
Resident Beach Parking Permit (in-state registration under age 65)
$48.15 per year includes sales

$80.25 per year includes sales

Resident Beach Parking Permit (in-state registration age 65 or more )
$26.75 per year includes sales

Resident Beach Parking Permit (out-of-state registration age 65 or

PERMITS ARE VALID FROM OCTOBER 1 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30 YEARLY
STOLEN PERMITS WILL BE REPLACED WITH CASE # FROM BSO
BACKING IN TO PARKING SPACES IS PROHIBITED AND MAY RESULT IN A TICKET
MAKE CHECK PAYABLE TO CITY OF DANIA BEACH
