You are not eligible for a Pell Grant or campus- based programs. The only programs you may be eligible
for are the Board of Governors Fee Waiver (California Residents Only).

An official academic transcript or verification from the university you attended. Verification must
be on official letterhead from the university or college you previously attended.

• When you filed your FAFSA, you either left the Bachelor’s Degree question blank or you reported that you have a
Bachelor’s Degree and/or you are currently enrolled for the purpose of obtaining a degree beyond a Bachelor’s. Please
select the statement below that applies and return this form to Pasadena City College’s Office of Financial Aid.
